Cádiz - Spain

Cadiz is a Province located at the southwestern of Spain wich belongs to Costa de la Luz and it is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean.

I went to Cadiz with two friends for almost one week. The three of us love sunbathing so we definitely enjoyed everyday spent on the beach.

Cadiz doesn't have an airport so in order to get there you must go by Sevilla or Jerez de la Frontera.

We achieve Sevilla City by plane and to continue our travel we rent a car till Conill de la Frontera, an incredible and beautiful white village in the coast.
About the weather it was really great, the sun shone every day for us so we couldn't complain at all.

We had breakfast at the Hostal early in the morning and them driving trough the route to discover new beaches.

We visited Caños de Meca. It's a perfect beach place with cliffs and pine trees.

Zahara de Los Atunes

In this city we found Zahara de Los Atunes, village with attractiveness is its unspoiled and little crowded beaches.

We found this place is magic, the best place to embrace an unforgettable  sunset: Sajorami Beach where we enjoyed delicious "mojitos" looking the sun going down on the sea.

Another beautiful place that we visited was Sancti Patri Beach in Chiclana de la Frontera.
It's impossible to get tired to spent time sunbathing  in those  places.

We were very exited to visit Tarifa because is one of the  most famous beach to surf.
Every year a lot of surfer visits their beachs to enjoy their famous and great waves specially when the wind blows really strong.
We went on September but we didn't see a lot of the surfers...We were very surprised when we found ourselves almost alone walking by the beach. But was really amazing because all beach was for us...We felt like we were in Lost's island....but actually we didn't matter to share the beach with surfers...

Every night we went out to eat "pescaito frito" fried fish and drink white wine.
We enjoyed drinking some fresh drink near to the beach and looked at the landscape.
On our last night we have fun at the local festival (Feria) where my friends at the end of the night they danced "Sevillanas", that is a typical Spanish folk music wich has origin on the south of Spain.
About the Festival, it's a big party where people eat, drink and dance in a particular individual marquee tents which are temporarily built on the fairground nominated "casetas".

Those were a lovely holidays. I hope to come back to Cadiz in another time.

(Thanks to my friend for the corrections)
